App keeps saying car is unplugged.

Tried two different cars and two different cables and still not seeing it plugged in.

However, the car IS charging albeit slowly and the myenergy app does recognise it’s plugged in.

Any ideas ?

Managed to snag (on avios) the above onward from Doha in First class on the A380.

We land in Doha 23:55 and fly out at 02:05am.

Realistically how much time will we eek out in the First Class lounge, and any suggestions what we should try first , when there?
