Can fart though fistula and smells like poo
I’ve got 2 fistulas I’ve had them for 7 plus years they don’t hurt or red or swollen just looks like a hole I’ve got crohns as well but I get clear liquid that leaks out all the time and smells like poo I can fart thought it and I don’t fart out my bum anymore it just come out my fistula and Carnt hold it in then when my crohns flares up or have something that upsets my stomach loads of this liquid leaks out and I had a colonoscopy a couple months ago and the smell from the diarrhoea lasted for days like it was stuck in my fistula and my doctors are taking ages to do anything is this normal it’s so embarrassing and at this point I’m thinking would it be better to just glue it with wound glue it’s not infected and hasn’t got an abscess don’t know what to do I don’t want to leave the house or anything I’m so embarrassed and I’m 22 Carnt go out with friends or anything because of the smell it’s really bad just asking for some advice as the doctors are taking there Time with me because it’s not sore or infected or anything hellppppppp
