PLEASE HELP laser hair removal burn on my face w/ constant flareups

3 months ago I went to my laser hair removal session as usual but with with a new technician and my face got burned. To be completely honest I had a tiny bit of a tan and I hadn’t been using sunscreen for a couple of months, I think I hadn’t even stopped my glycolic face cleanser if I remember correctly. That said, the settings she used were very high and it felt off at the time but I didn’t say anything. I didn’t realize it was a burn until about a month later. An entire month of me skipping sunscreen and using actives including my glycolic acid cleanser right after my session.

I was doing a hair mask and then I suddenly got those red angry bumps (I’ve been acne-free my whole life) along with inflammation. Since then, it’s been 2 months of constant flareups even though I now use sunscreen religiously and I stopped all actives and I use LRP cicaplast daily.

Any idea what this is or what can help?
