im doing some literature review for a paper im writing (im in food science). i came across an article from last year and tried to look up a couple of references they used to read and save in my library, and they literally just dont exist?

i checked some others in their ref list and some exist but the majority dont, i literally looked up everything from title to authors and even went so far to go to the journal website, and i couldnt find them

i dont know if this is common now? like does this happen often and its just normal? what do i do in this case? do i contact the journal editor or just leave it be?

mainly im upset because their “references” really backed my research findings and i was happy i didnt have to read anymore :p

im looking to open my own travel agency soon. i have a close relative who is willing to provide financial support (mainly with location rent/buy), but i dont know what kind of deal i should offer him. best case scenario for me would be having the decision making power for everything related to the agency and he can have his own section (umrah/hajj) which hes completely in charge of as thats what hes interested in. but i dont know if the understanding could be that he gives me an amount upfront and i pay him back over time, or if he just puts money into it and makes it back through the work, idk
my question is, who do i consult on this given that its my first business? a lawyer? business consultant? idk? if anyone has any idea please let me know

ill be moving to al ain some time next month and ive been looking for studios near/close to uaeu but all the affordable options are unfurnished. given that id be going there to start from scratch on my own, is it possible/easy to furnish the entire studio myself?

eg bedframe and mattress, closets, washing machine and fridge/freezer, stove/oven, couch and tables, etc etc…

how much would it cost me and where do i go? ive heard u can find good items secondhand but also wouldnt it be easier to just get everything brand new from one place rather than searching for secondhand items in different places…

also, does no one offer this kind of service? like furnishing a studio for me maybe a real estate office or something of the sort

hi guys, my friend and i (female) are moving to al ain from another country (lebanon) to study at uaeu this upcoming fall, university housing is full so i have to look for off campus options.

the ideal scenario would be a small studio for each of us in the same building, or a furnished 2 bedroom apartment (altho rhis might be more pricy so i prefer the first option)

can someone please help point me to where i can find the contacts of such places? ive looked ob bayut, dubizzle etc but its mostly unfurnished apartments or really far from campus, and idk how to find places directly around campus as im not there :(
