1.87% Ivermectin as a Soolantra Alternative?
So this is the only product available in my country, since Soolantra isn’t a standard treatment here. I’m wondering if anyone has experience using this as a topical. Do I need to dilute it with a moisturizer to make it a 1% formulation?

So Soolantra isn't available in my country...what now
I’ve seen multiple derms over the past few years and every flare has just been treated with another steroid cream and I'm tired of it.
I’ve tried a lot of treatments without success. The only thing I haven’t been able to try is Soolantra, because it isn’t available in my country. I've read many good things about the cream and wanted to try.
Is anyone else in a country where Soolantra isn’t available? If so, what did you do instead? I tried AZ and it didnt work for me.
