I only have this cluster of spots on my left cheek. Originally the area was clear but then I had a big pimple that popped up. After the pimple went away, it left this red mark which is what I have now. This appeared back in January. I'm really confused because only my left cheek has this mark. My right cheek is clear and only has a few closed comodones.

I've been using Retin A for about 5 months now but I'm not sure I'm seeing any improvements to this cluster of spots. Should I switch up my routine and go see a dermatologist?
