Wake up time after hard night

So, I did just post yesterday, too. Just trying to figure this out lol. So, obviously with just doing this two nights in a row I don’t plan to see immediate results. But, he is having a large wake window in the middle of the night. Do I still keep the same wake time? Other nights before trying to sleep train he would sleep in a little bit later or take a little bit longer naps during the day because he was so tired. I’m aiming for 14 hours of sleep any going to decrease as needed. We are going from 15 hours to 14 to start. Everyone says a schedule is important but so is how many hours they are awake/sleep. So, what do I do?

Doing something similar to Ferber method if that matters. But, he just stays up to play in his crib with his paci. Hes making really good progress falling asleep on own already! Just not sure what to do when he does this?

Thanks!

Only drinking 20oz of milk a day?

Hi!

I already messaged his dr about this, just fyi! Just was curious about others experiences!

My son just turned 7 months and has pretty much only drank 24-26oz of milk a day. We were doing breastmilk but I stopped about 5.5 months and we went to formula. (If that matters). Well, he has been going through some bottle refusal moments and even with taking 10-30 minute breaks to calm down I can hardly get him to finish his bottle sometimes. He only drank 20oz today and 24oz is really supposed to be the minimum. His Dr was a bit taken aback that he was only drinking 24oz still (even with trying to up it). But said it was okay as long as he is still having plenty of wet diapers.

We started solid about 5.5 months and he is starting to eat a bit more. He is slowly going down on that percentage chart as he was 70s, then 60s, and now perfectly average at 50%. I just don’t want that to keep going down? Going to continue to offer water during meals to keep him hydrated!

Has anyone else had this happen?

We also just dropped night time bottles (normally only one to two a night). So we went from 4-5 ounces per bottle to 6.

Thoughts?

Thanks!!
