Perfect fit
Picked up this little Milwaukee pack out bin on clearance at Home Depot for 10 bucks. It’s almost like they designed them with the Acty in mind.

Did a search but couldn’t find too many specifics on only having import paper work but no title. Thanks.
Some love, some hate. Any favorite models? I enjoy the talking Japanese and music ones but am really looking for not overly obnoxious beeps.
Was too lazy to run wires to the doors for stereo so I picked up this single DIN Bluetooth speaker. Sounds surprisingly good with decent bass. The mighty AV252B!
I’m always blown away by how swiftly the parts I order from Amayama or other Japan parts dealers arrive on my door step. I just ordered a couple things on the 13th and the box just showed up through Fed Ex. I don’t know how they do it.
But if it keeps the tree sap from devouring what little paint I have left I’ll take it.
Not pictured is another Tacoma and an older tundra owned by 2 other employees who refuse to cooperate.
Pretty cool little piece made by a seller named DJMkei on eBay. I’m refurbing my center console and my decal was toast. It’s hard to show how heavy duty this thing is in the photo but it feels substantial.
Needing to upgrade my battery to something that can handle a small ATV/utv winch. I’ve been looking at both lithium and agm options. On the agm side I’ve seen some cool things like the DEKA intimidator and optima yellow top. All of these are expensive as hell but for what I’m trying to do it’s just the way I gotta go. I’d love to hear of any of y’all’s experiences with batteries outside of the lawn and garden variety. Keep on truckin.
Came home to a nice package today. Didn’t necessarily need them but they were a good deal and completely rebuilt. It’ll be nice knowing I have backups if I blow mine out.
For anyone who also owns an attack: after looking at the parts diagrams on Amayama the attack axles
Are indeed unique to the model. I’m guessing (I’m not a mechanic by any stretch) this is because the extra gears in the transmission hence why the shafts are shorter than a SDX. There isn’t a whole lot of information out there that I can find so I’m mainly just posting this to hopefully help someone in the future if they need replacements and what to look for for.
Next episode: will a HA7 diff lock actuator work on a HA4??? They look completely identical but there’s only one way to find out. Stay tuned.
