Hello everybody, I'm an Aries sun F dealing with a Scorpio sun M. He ghosted me about a month ago. He reached out again yesterday saying that he saw me somewhere (but I didn't see him) then he apologized, explaining that he went through some mental health issues and that he isolated himself not only from me but everyone dear to him. Before he ghosted me everything was fine between us and he was even opening up to me. However I blocked him on every app when I realized he was ghosting me and I mentally checked out of our "relationship".

Is this normal for a Scorpio man? I think he's just lying and trying to play mind games with me because he couldn't stand being blocked and me moving on from him.
