First lash extension, what’s the longest I could realistically go next time while keeping them natural looking?

My tech initially showed me a 12 mm and I thought it was too long so I asked for an 11 mm, but I didn’t realized my hooded eyes would cause the length to recede slightly when I look forward. What’s the longest length I could get while still keeping them natural looking?

So far I’ve scored the following on Study hall full length practice exams:

1 - 69%
2 - 68%
3 - 70%

My plan today was to review the top 3 categories on SH exams that I scored below 70% in and have a significant number of questions in the exam (e.g. makes up 21 out of 175 questions on a practice exam). I was also going to review Third3Rock study guide and brush up on agile since I saw a lot of recent test takers mention their exam was agile heavy.

Should I take another full length exam today? Any other tips for last minute prep?

I especially want tips on how to get this eye look (video tutorial links?), how to achieve that radiant skin with minimal foundation/concealer (product recommendations?) and how to get my hair looking like that. As you can see in the before picture my hair is utterly lifeless and is between wavy and curly
