My boss tried to offer me money for my prescription.

I (23F) have those 1 narcolepsy and am prescribed modafonil to keep me awake during the day. Everyone including my boss is aware. It’s highly regulated and took many years of back and forth to get the meds due to its medical risk.
Modafonil is a popular ‘smart drug’ sought after to stimulate excessive concentration for those who don’t have a condition.
Late on Friday night (drunk) my manager text me asking if I could “help out a friend” by letting him purchase some of them off of me. Saying he needed to write a long essay. I obviously said no.

It was a message sent to me on WhatsApp rather than our normal regulated conversations on teams.
It made me extremely uncomfortable and angry.

My question is whether this is a serious issue or whether it would get swept under the rug by HR.
My frustration towards him is clouding my judgement but what he’s asking me to do is illegal and messaging outside of working hours is also extremely unprofessional.

Do I bother contacting HR or will it just be dismissed.

AITA for “creating armuments” over my brother constantly eating my food, even though my mum claims it’s making her ill.

I (23f) and my brother (26m) still live at home with my mum (63F).
Backstory. I was a daddy’s girl and my brothers your classic mummy’s boy. Dad passed away 6 years ago and since then all live in the same house. (Both went to uni, he works in hometown and I travel long term so stay home for periods to work and save). Me and him can’t stand eachother. He demands the living room every night, eats all the food and smokes a lot of weed.
We both pay the same rent (even though he earns significantly more) and contribute to food but both do our own food shopping, mum supplies basics. We all cook for ourselves most days (different work schedules)
For the longest time he would always eat my food and not replace it. I enjoy cooking and treating myself to a few nice bits as I work 6-7 days a week and mostly eat at work. Mum always takes his side claiming he doesn’t know, and that I’m always causing an argument and to leave her out of it.We started labelling food but that wouldn’t stop him.
Everything I buy, he helps himself too. Despite the labels.
Today it hit the roof. my mum cooked dinner for herself and my brother using (expensive) ingredient I had bought for myself. I was off work from a sprained ankle (rare for me to be home). I asked if dinner was nearly ready she said oh it’s all gone (he eats for a family of three on his own). But now I’m getting shit because I asked for the ingredients to be replaced but because they “weren’t labelled” and “were in the communal pantry” they are saying it’s my fault that they ate my food.
They were expensive things neither of them ever buy.
Mum claims the constant arguing is making her ill but anytime I bring it up my brother acts like the hero and she takes his side. They both claim I’m making her ill.

Side notes:
I mostly eat meals at work but it’s getting expensive but all my groceries get eaten.
He’s claiming we label everything because of me but it’s because he eats everything I buy.
I also do nails and do my mums twice a week to a cost of my product and time but I don’t charge, yet I still pay the same rent.
Dad was the only one to put him in his place and defend me but now, it’s basically me vs them on everything.

AITA for asking my food to be constantly replaced by my family, even though it’s in a communal area.
