I think I just got scammed by an online store, sharing details so others don’t fall for it

I wanted to share my experience.
Few month ago, I found this website called MicFlip (https://www.micflip.in/) from IG Ads that was selling some really cool products. I ordered one item, stayed in touch with them over WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly, I received the product and was pretty happy.
Recently, I saw another product on their website and placed a new order on the 9th. This time, things went completely downhill.
- No confirmation email
- No WhatsApp message
- Order still shows “not shipped” on their website
- They stopped replying on WhatsApp
- Calls either go unanswered or they pretend it’s a wrong number
I also checked their Instagram page, and it’s now gone. I found a secondary IG page (@micflip.unfiltered) where multiple people are complaining about the same issue, some orders from as far back as February haven’t been delivered.
At this point, it clearly feels like a scam. I’ve already filed a complaint on the consumer helpline.
