They're telling me the Edge is dropping my sensors because they're "not 100% paired to the Edge." Isn't pairing binary?

If the Edge reads, "Connected" doesn't that mean it's connected?

I looked at the activity from the 26th and you power meters were not not 100% paired to the Edge. Your power and cadence (power meter) was connected 58.19% with the remaining 41.81% going somewhere else.
