Critique my diet - first time cutting

To preface, I’m not a competitive bodybuilder, just someone who’s always enjoyed the gym but trying my first cut (and seemingly having success with it)

31M 5’11 down to 178 from 190 over a couple months

What would you recommend? What might I be missing and how can I improve this?

Diet:

Breakfast:
Omelette:
-2 egg whites
-1 full egg
-lean ground turkey
-assorted fresh veggies
-salsa
- sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
-side of black beans
-handful of blueberries

Calories: 250-300
Protein: 25-30g

Lunch:
Taco salad or burrito
-lean ground turkey
-black beans
-salsa
-Greek yogurt (replacing sour cream)
-olives, lettuce, onion
-sprinkle of shredded cheese
-(if burrito) whole wheat tortilla

Calories: 350 or 510 (no tortilla vs tortilla)
Protein 25-30g

Dinner:
Either I run back the burrito/taco salad
Or
Salmon, broccoli/asparagus/bruseels, farro

If salmon meal:
Calories: 500-550
Protein: 30-35

Snacks/in between meals:
-trail mix
-fruit before workout (blueberries, apple)
-popcorn
-small amount of other stuff
~200-300 calories total per day
~ 3-5s total

Protein shake after workout:
Pea protein, 1 cup milk, banana, creatine
~250 calories
~35g protein

Dessert:
Nonfat plain Greek yogurt with 2 Oreos crushed in
Calories - 220
Protein - 18g

Other things to consider:
Cooking oils ~250 calories total daily

Total:
2020-2370 calories per day
Protein - 140-153g per day

I cheat from time to time. Probably 2-3 meals per week

I estimate my total caloric exertion is ~3200 calories per day

Lifting 5 days per week
Zone 2 cardio 50 minutes once per week
Average 15k steps 7 days a week

Thanks!
