Hello! I am looking for my first apartment, I make around $60k a year, I know Sol Apartments is just about to open up next month but I am interested in all of these. Main concern is price (most likely will only be able to comfortably afford a studio in SOL Apartments) and the area.

Any info of the company/buildings or any other apartment recommendations for first time renters would be greatly appreciated!
