I’m 20F and I’ve been trying to quit porn for the last few months. I’ve had a few streaks, but I keep relapsing hard. The cravings have gotten so intense lately that I can’t even focus on anything else. 😣

Does anyone here have any advice that actually helped them?
How do you deal with really strong cravings? What helped you the most? Or just chat?
