Does anyone know why the building on Kingwood that displays the Greenmont Mural isn’t, say, a small neighborhood market or some other kind of cool little local business?

My father is Croatian-American, and grew up in the 50s speaking and listening to some Croatian in the home with his family who immigrated here, but has since forgotten most of the language. He does, remember a few choice words or phrases but not what they mean so they could maybe be derogatory. I’m so so sorry if they are!! Please help me figure out for him what these mean from my poor phonetic spellings. cuh-coo-see-tee; goo-zit-sa; pish-uh-low
