Guys please help
Hey guys so I have been skinny fat all my life but last year I started to change I was 92 kg 15 months ago now I’m 72 kg. But I still have chest and stomach fat. I’ve have been cutting for so long should I continue my cut and keep training hard to get rid of every last bit of chest and stomach fat or should I start a lean bulk now. As I’m a beginner I don’t have much experience or guidance.i can say I look way more leaner obviously from where I started but still have chest and stomach fat.i train hard 5 days a week PPL\_UL\_ split . I can say I’ve grown my muscles and have gotten butter my biggest concern is the fat on my fat which is still left and the confusion of should I start with the bulk and deal with the fat after sometime when I’ve gained a bit more muscle or should I just lean down completely and then do a bulk (clean bulk) I’m so confused guys. As my strength have been increasing and I’ve been able to train harder and lift heavier I guess my recovery and diet has been going well enough even in a deficit.as to why I lost my fat so slow is because I had no experience of how to do a proper cut. Actually I lost 10 kgs in the last 3 to 4 months because I started to figure out proper mind connection,How to structure a diet and carb timings.
