I wanted to try the game out after I tried it years and years ago as a child, just to see if I could figure it out now. My dad owned a copy, but when I try to run it, it says something's wrong with my emulation software or something.

I wanted to know if there was an asset or tool that allows you to modify your eyelook in VRC, even if only locally. In my head I imagine the menu would spawn a little ghost ball you could move around like an object, and your eyes would track to it, so you could customize where your eyes would be looking where taking pictures.
Does anyone know of an asset like this and where to get it? And if it doesn't exist, does anyone have any ideas for work arounds?
I'm not even using an emulator lmao
I just want to play the weird black sheep of the the SimCity family. I played it ages ago as a wee lad and it was really weird but I liked it. Though it had a lot of weird almost "hidden" mechanics. I'm just curious if my brain could figure it out now.
