Emergency Help Needed: Scared my cat's got an infected foot and may need amputation. Cost is worrying.

My cat is about 2 years old, an outdoor cat (as per my mother's wishes, not mine). Two weeks ago, I saw her nail has been fully ripped off. I thought it would heal, it did not. Its just been bleeding a little, growing red, swollen and black and she's been incessantly licking it. I put on a sock on the wound to stop her licking, except it got blood marks and when i took it off, it smelled awful. She almost certainly has an infection, is licking even more incessantly and will not let me touch her foot. She is still eating and drinking, no fever but I'm scared I've left it too long and she may nerd amputation as her foot, up to the knee bend looks swollen.

I'm 18, no job. Only my dad works, he isn't willing to spend more than 200 on my cat. We don't have insurance (because of my dad). We aren't eligible for Rspca or blue Cross help due to our post code. It is Saturday, tomorrow is Sunday and vet's are already closed now. We can NOT afford emergency vet.

I have about 200 I can spend, but about 70 of that would go to just a normal consultation, and the rest on medicine which is fine. My problem is what if I've left her foot untreated for too long and now she may need an amputation. I also have a problem with leaving it any longer. I'm so scared, what can I do?
