Seeking an artist to create unique "tattoo" style art.

I have no idea how to do this so, I will let you know what I need, you let me know if your interested and your price for one. If you're style and art are what I'm needing then we will negotiate a price for a your works. I will need multiple ones done

So to get an idea of the job I will need, the first one will be a "tattoo" of the words

With a simple outline that is not gender specific (no hearts, butterflies, skulls, etc...)

Only black. No colors.

I'm trying to print words/small decals on soft silicone items. They are NOT flat and i cant use any heavy heating as it will definitely warp. Would like to stay under $2500 on cost but am willing to invest more for the correct equipment the first time over many expensive mistakes.
