I'm imagining a 22-year-old Ryan Reynolds in the role, Blake Lively would be recast with Charlize Theron since she would've been only 11 at the time, the suits would be practical, alien characters like Kilowog would be animatronic puppets done by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and there would only be just a little cgi for some of the settings and special effects.

I honestly liked him and never hated him like a lot of others do.

I know it might be a hot take to some of you, but let me know what you guys think.
