Hey y'all I would really appreciate help with art placement in my new apartment. Pics include some pieces I am unsure of where to place in line with best possible feng shui as well as my floor plan

Not pictured is a 20 inch by 40 inch photorealistic print of the ocean and sky. Thinking this one should go on the wall perpendicular to the TV or one of the two office walls.

Just moved in to a new place and would love some thoughts on an ideal coffee table (color, style, shape, etc).

Dark gray sofa, beige wood grain tv stand with black metal legs, green checkered rug (which I am guessing would go under the coffee table? First time owning a decorative rug)

Thinking about replacing my couch cushions as well, would appreciate any advice on those 🫶 tyty
