Hi there, as the post says, woke up yesterday with a small red mark and last night it was like this, today it is very tender and throbbing, any ideas what it could would be helpful, I’m in Belfast Northern Ireland

Hi there, as title says, based in Northern Ireland woke up yesterday with a small red mark, later that day if felt hit and throbbing, now it’s stiffening my leg and is extremely tender, any ideas what it could be?
