I used to get about 45ish min of deep sleep (acc to my Oura) but for the past few months it’s been between 5-15 min almost every night. I feel awful (tired and have super tense neck and jaw)and have tried it all! Supplements like magnesium/l-theanine, yoga/breathwork, sunlight in the morning, no screens before bed, sleep hygiene, got a sleep study done and they said i have verrrry mild sleep apnea but it barely even picked it up, so no c pap necessary. I got a MAD anyways and have worn it for weeks, no improvement.. what else can i possibly try?
