Could anyone recommend a way to make a purchase, ex. a birthday gift like an Apple Watch, from the local shop or from a marketplace in Russia with home delivery to the Russian Far East, that accepts a Visa bank card that was issued here in the United States as a payment method? Unfortunately, I don't have a way to open a Russian bank account at the moment.

For instance, I've seen some ads for various crypto wallets in Telegram claiming to work as a payment everywhere. I don't want to risk it being a scam.

The dear love of my life, my best friend, my little Fox named Joey. I rescued him when he was 10, and he turned 15 last February. He is still in good shape, but lately I've noticed some changes in his behavior. The vet said he has a dental problem and needs cleaning and extractions. I don't want him to be in pain, but I'm terrified of the idea of handing him over for a procedure that requires full anesthesia. Additionally, he is extremely afraid of the vet and always starts shaking profusely when we approach the clinic. Plus, I know that for 10 years of his life, he was exposed to heavy drugs regularly because the owner was addicted to meth... so I'm sure it must have taken a toll on his little heart. He is still so full of life, and I just can't forgive myself if I hand him over against his will and something bad happens. I'm the only person he trusts, and we haven't spent more than 4 hours apart in the past 5 years! Has anyone gone through a similar experience? What advice could you give?
