Absolutely wild that I would stop at a crosswalk because a pedestrian is waiting (this time was on Cornwall) and that I watched 8 cars continue to drive through while this pedestrian kept waiting to see if anybody else would stop for them to cross.

Which biologics have yall tried and been successful with for HS? Did you have to combine it with other treatments and lifestyle changes?
I recently started Dupixent for purigo nodularis and I’m seeing a new derm soon (my previous one was just so lazy and wouldn’t diagnose anything beyond hormonal acne istg), hoping to see if maybe I have HS stage 1 (he’s a known derm in the area who can diagnose it - my previous derm said she doesn’t know how to diagnose or treat it lol).
Just curious if the Dupixent I just started might also help with HS because my immunologist says I can’t be on more than one biologic.
