Does anyone know if you can drop your trips for the month and still use your travel benefits?

I’m 25F and I live with my 32M bf temporarily while I wait for my apartment to be ready. When we first met he told me he was in oil and gas and I never really questioned it after that. When we would talk he was almost always available, never in a meeting etc. then as we started dating and eventually I moved in (temporarily) he doesn’t do anything. He doesn’t go anywhere and when he “works” it’s on his computer for a few hours the he stops. I was organizing his drawers and found several gift cards. He only uses cash. Then the other day he told me he was stressed bc he just did a XX,XXX transaction. I’m like huh?? I keep trying to bring it up but he shuts down the convo every time.
