I currently have had my betta fish in a hospital tank for about two weeks. I have treated her with kanoplex and metroplex every other day. I have honestly seen no improvement. Ever since I’ve had her she’s had a slightly bigger eye but nothing alarming or even really noticeable. Her water quality is constantly being checked. I really am not sure what else to do and with no improvement I’m trying to figure out if this is actually popeye. She’s never acted different- food motivated and very friendly. As an fyi the plant in the background is a silk plant (not plastic).
