Hi, my friend has been at this resort for a week and we haven’t heard from her in the past 24 hours. The hotel doesn’t answer at the front desk and she has been offline for almost 30 hours now.
She was leaving the resorts to explore the city yesterday April 29 around 10:00 AM.
What is the next step considering no one is answering over there and she doesn’t seem to have access to her phone.
She is supposed to leave tomorrow morning to come back to Canada.

Edit 1 : Thank you everyone for the emails and phone numbers, we reached out to all of them and we are trying to get the police involved as well.
The hotel is questioning the security guards and checking the cameras but they won’t go in the room.
She is not answering the phone in her room.
We don’t know where she went in the city, just that she was going to explore and it wasn’t a hotel type activity.
We are also hoping she just lost her phone
