Something is wrong with this Game
I was scrolling through my Roblox feed, checking out the various games the algorithm thinks are "fit for me". Then I saw this game. I like liminal space horror, so I gave it a go and started messing around. At first, it was.. unremarkable. Pretty much your typical "Explore the backrooms" experience. But I wanted to see if there was anything else the game offered. Something unique, something bizarre, even. And then that's when it began. I encountered two other players in hazmat suits about to embark on an expedition. So naturally, I joined them. I wouldn't want to be alone in here after all. But something odd occurred on our trip. When we made our way to the Pitfalls, the two other players started running away from me, just suddenly. I started chasing them through the path we came, but they took a left into a dark sector of the map. They kept running and I kept close behind. But eventually they stopped completely. They just stood still in the darkest area of the map. At first, I thought they were just pulling a prank, maybe just two friends goofing around. But they turned to me, very very slowly. Then swiftly away from me. And a few seconds later, they turned right back to me very slowly. I was creeped out. But still figured these probably are just two friends doing a prank right? So I reset my character and started another expedition into a different sector of the map, there were also two other players going down the same route as I was. Albeit, they weren't wearing hazmat suits. At first we kept at roughly the same pace, but suddenly one of the two players jolted way ahead of me. Eventually, the other player jolted ahead of me too. They were both running away from me. I kept running, and they kept running, we ran and ran all the way to a pool rooms location. That was when they stopped running and stood still. And guess what? They did the exact same thing as the hazmat suit guys in the dark room. They slowly turned to me, then swiftly turned back, wait, repeat. Until eventually they just stopped, and stood still. Now, this happening once was weird, but excusable. TWICE? I don't know. It is very odd. I probably should just ignore this. But I am still confused and baffled. I think there's something wrong with this game.
