Uber Stole 75 dollars, not sure what to do

So I made an etransfer from my Uber Pro Card, and then it took the money from my account but bugged out.

The transfer didn't show up in my transaction history nor did it send any money to my account so I'm just missing 75 dollars now.

Wtf am I supposed to do about this. Support is being useless.

Tried another etransfer and it worked perfectly, for some reason the first one didnt work.

2004 Toyota Corolla LE. 169k km (105k miles).

So about a week ago I backed into about a 1-2 ft tall curb and banged my exhaust on it (tall enough to hit my exhaust but not my bumper).

Since then my car has been making a weird grinding noise after about 10 mins of driving, from between 0-50 km/h (0-35 mph). When I shift into park or neutral the sound dampens and then comes back about 10-15 seconds later.

Does anyone have any idea what this is? Is my exhaust just loose? Is it worth it to fix as the car is so old already?
