How can I get Psychotherapy here in Algeria ?

I have two major problems , the first I have no clue how to go out and get Psychotherapy here despite that I need it .

The second problem is I don't know how to tell my family especially my mom because they're so freaking old fashioned and I can't do anything on my own because they have full control of my life .
