I’m trying to get some advice on how to continue dropping weight and gain muscle. I’m doing a 3 day split push, pull, legs, then a stretching mobility day with cardio. I’ve changed my diet completely and not drinking any sugars or eating “fake food”. My diet consists of just Whole Foods. Love it so far honestly. I’m in this range for my daily total.
Calories: ~1,500–1,700
Protein: ~130–145g
Carbs: ~55–65g
Fat: ~25–30g
Fiber: ~12–15g

I also just started taking creatine.

With all that being said I feel like I should be further along with my journey? Any suggestions on workouts or advice?

I wanna also say that those macros aren’t my “goal” or a “restricted” plan. It’s just what my macros are coming out to after me coming up with a meal plan that is high in protein and sounds good to me. For example I drink a protein shake for breakfast every day because it’s easy and fits into my lifestyle with work. I’ll have either cottage cheese cup, beef stick, boiled eggs, or a yogurt to snack on. And my lunch is my “heavy” meal and right now it’s 1/2 Lb of 96% ground beef cooked with lentils, carrots, celery, and noples. Then dinner is chicken breast, 1/2 or a cup of rice and veggies.
