I really want to see Quickie on NYR Coaching Staff
I just really want to see Quickie back in the NYR organization someway, somehow. Random Friday thought.

I recently read a post where the poster referred to all the rescue dogs they saw as having behavior problems. I'm currently fostering a 50 lb. mixed breed girl who is darn near perfect. She loves other dogs, she's affectionate, playful, gentle, and yet she's languished in a shelter for a year and is now in foster with me.
My question is, if you've adopted from a rescue, what made the difference for you? Was it the picture? The bio? The organization? A combination of factors?
I really want to get this girl a home. She's gorgeous and smart and sweet and dog-friendly, so any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated.
