So just a quick question. Paying to promote. Is it worth it? Listing have bogged down, so I'm just curious to see everyone else's opinion.

Ok. Title says it. I have a really expensive ($10,000) item up for sale. I've had 2 offers come in. 1st for 5 dollars less, the next for 50 dollars less. Something smelled fishy from the start. Checked out the buyers. Both profiles were created today. One was in Canada but wanted me to ship to Arizona. The other was created in Singapore and ship to Texas. 30 min away from me. Why not choose the local pickup at that point. Spidey senses kicked in immediately and I declined the offer.has this happened to anyone else, and if so is there a way to report them?
