Looking to get an m340i there's one in my area with 53k miles for $40k is it worth it? What are some things to look out for on higher mileage BMWs?

Hello everyone was in the market looking for a BMW m340i as I am new to the bmw platform just wondering if any of these options would be a good deal to purchase. So option one is a 2023 m340i xdrive with 26k miles on it going for $52k only thing is I would have to travel like an hr out of state to get it since the car is for sale in Wisconsin and I am in Illinois was maybe thinking of negotiating the price closer to $50k or less if possible.

Option 2 is a 2021 bmw m340i xdrive with 41k miles going for $43k and this one is closer to me but also has more miles on it would it be worth it spending the extra $$ for the newer less mile vehicle even if I have to travel to go pick it up?

Saw a 2021 BMW m340i x drive near me with about 43k miles for $43k is that a good deal? Or should I go for a 2023 M340i xdrive that has 26k miles for about $52k? Which would be the better deal?

Looking to get a used m340i any tips on what to look out for when buying one and any year recommendations or years to stay away from? Also what's a good mileage and price for a 340 typically look or range from?
