Withdrawing in a different bank atm but not dispensing
hi everyone, I just experience this. I tried to withdraw cash using unionbank debit card in DBP bank atm. NO cash was dispensed but it was deducted in my online banking. I only saw posts here about withdrawing to the same banks but mine is different. Do you have any tips on what steps to take? I am so anxious right now
