Hi

I went wedding dress shopping today and I had noted my budget was $3500 maybe up to $4000 if I really liked it.

I found two dresses I really loved and they were $5000 each! I only realized this when I got home and looked at the email.

Is this normal for bridal shops to do this? I haven’t bought anything but I feel a bit slighted they would bring me those without saying hey this is a bit over budget.

Has anyone had a small wedding at either Maui, Big island, or Lanai?

We’ve stayed at Maui and big island before but curious what everyone’s experience is having a wedding there. It would be a small wedding/elopement with no more than 15 guests.
