I'm a 29 male in the military and since they have gotten rid of non shaving for us black man I've been dealing with dry scabs on my face and head, I've used magic shave cream and it work buts since I can't grow out my ingrown hairs, I've been getting the dry spots and I wash my face everyday and use moisturizer and and still leave the dry and flaky stuff any help will be nice

Can someone help my computer just hard crash every time I try and game, I repaired windows, updated GPU drivers and it still crazy's to where I have to hard reset can anyone help
