In my dream the phrase “overobsessed” became a meme that spiraled out of control, basically you would call yourself overobsessed to signify that you were a really big fan of something to the point that it was ruining your life. Like the fandom equivalent of when a mobile game ad claims that the game is literally addictive and they can’t put it down. Eg. “I’m literally overobsessed over this anime, i just bought $1000 worth of merch and I don’t even have room for it in my apartment lol”

However it began to get so popular that the word itself gained slang status and people just began saying Overobsessed in sentences where it didn’t really work for comedy’s sake. Brainrot stuff.

So in this dream, McDonalds capitalized on this trend by making an “Overobsessed Meal” which was just three beef patties on a bun with nothing else and some plain chicken nuggets, and you weren’t allowed to order any drinks if you ordered it. People were really confused because the choice of what to put in the meal was really specific but had nothing to do with the meme, plus it’s obviously just. Not good. And very dry. And they made it cost like $30.

I tried to use the touchscreen at my local mcdonalds to sneakily order an overobsessed meal at normal price by just adding all the ingredients individually but then it showed a flashing warning the moment I got sort of close to it and automatically forced me to order an Overobsessed meal. It tasted exactly how it sounds
