I'm finding the hair density very low, with a lot of spacing between the hairs.

Could it be that there are follicles that were placed but don't have visible hairs and that they will grow later?

It's been 8 days since my hair transplant and I'm getting worried about these small "gaps" that have appeared. It seems to me that there are no hairs in these "streaks," which appear to be the paths where water droplets ran down my head in the shower.

Is this normal? Does it mean there are no hairs there, and they won't grow? Did I lose them in the shower? Did my doctor not place them correctly?
