My Panda Express has an outdoor patio, are we allowed to smoke cigarettes?

I know most Panda Expresses don’t have an outdoor patio, but if any employee could chime in, can we smoke cigarettes if we’re outside and sitting on the patio? I have no clue why a fast food place would have an outdoor seating unless it’s for people who smoke.

Do people collect Hermes scarves like Pokémon cards or watches?

My girlfriend dragged me to a Hermes store and I have never been to one. She wanted to get a scarf and I was surprised there was so many variants of them and the lady said they always have new ones coming to market.

I guess my question is do people like try to collect all the scarfs or buy as many as they can afford? It seems like a collectible item.

Does anyone remember the McDonalds in NorthPark in the 1990’s?

Every time I bring it up, no one remembers it and sometimes I question if it was there or maybe another McDonald’s at another mall. But the McDonald’s was painted in like forest green inside and it had like hunting wildlife paintings. It was near that corner where Macys is and Disney store use to be. I think it was surrounded by WaldenBooks, EB Games, and Sam Goody.
