Tipping at an All-Inclusive

Hello guys! Coming to Cancun to an All-inclusive resort, also going to Xcaret.

Just wondering if you guys tip for every drink as they come?

Or do you tip all at once at the beginning or end etc.

Do you think that 20 pesos is a good tip for one drink? comes out to about $1.20. Not sure if I am being cheap or not.

Any help about tipping etiquette or customs would be appreciated.

Los Angeles Area - Hospice Recommendation for Special Needs

I am looking to pre-plan which hospice I will need for my younger sister. She has special needs and we want her to have hospice care in her own home. Does anyone have recommendations for the LA area?

Freaking Out, I need Help Please!

I was averaging a 75% on MBE and now I just took a practice test and I got a 74%.

My MEEs are so bad, I used to get good scores but now I consistently get 5/6.

I need reassurance guys. I am freaking out here.

Edit: Am I cooked?

UGRADER MEE GRADING THOUGHTS

I feel like UGrader on Themis is grading harder than actual live graders (and those were harsh too). I was getting 3/6 or 4/6 on MEE graders, but now under Ugrader I feel like I am getting 1/6 and 2/6 more often. Whatever, I don't care anymore. Thoughts?

Police Line-Ups

For the UBE, I am trying to figure out when Police Line-ups matter, do i have every instance?

[1] 6A Purposes: a criminal line-up before initial criminal proceedings (charges brought) can be conducted without the right to counsel (6A does not apply). After criminal proceedings initiated, then any line-up would require the right to counsel (6A applies).

[2] Due Process Constitutional Issue: anytime the line-up procedure is so bad that it may lead to the identification being fucked. But even if its all fucked, as long as its reliable its not fucked.

[2] Federal Rules of Evidence: a line-up identification is not hearsay, if the declarant is a witness + subject to cross.

Any other instances where police line-ups will come up?

Switching from UWORLD to only NCBE MBE Questions

Hi - theres about 3 weeks left, . . . i have over 1000 NCBE MBE questions that I haven't touched yet. Thats an average of about 50 questions per day from now until test day. Is there any reason not to just switch over and do ONLY NCBE MBE questions? I find the non-NCBE questions to be crap.
