My saber i recently bought only works when its pointed downward? (Xenv3) The button also does not work/turn anything on

Does anyone know if any headband like this exists? I also wanted to cosplay renji but I cant find this tigerish headband anywhere online, and im only seeing black. Very sorry for the blurry picture
