Hudson Ridge Red Lion PA

Hey everyone, I just purchased a town home in the Hudson ridge development and had a few questions, if anyone could help out I would greatly appreciate it.

  1. Which company handles trash? Im not sure on what the calendar is regarding when recycling, trash, and large items occur throughout the week/month.

  2. In what room does the modem/router end up?

  3. Is there any requirements to reaching out to the HoA about moving in or the fact that there will be a moving truck at my townhome?

Modem router combo

Hey everyone I'm trying to pick out a new router modem and would prefer to keep it as a single unit rather than go the route of a separate router and separate modem. After reading through the posts on this subreddit, I was looking at the g54 since it will support future speeds according to my ISP(Xfinity) I have roughly 20-30 devices that will be connecting to the Internet, most are smart home devices; Alexa, ecobee thermostat, reolink doorbell and 2 cameras. Heavy items are the following; desktop, laptop, tablet, 2 cell phones, Xbox, PlayStation, and television. I currently have the gigabit x2 plan from Xfinity which supposedly gives 2gb/s. I just purchased my first home and will be moving there at the end of the month, it is a 3 story townhome with 2,000 sqft. I believe the modem would be on the middle floor. Is the g54 capable of covering my entire house and is there a different modem router combo anyone would recommend?

This will be an unpopular opinion and everyone will argue that letting upper management get away with what they are doing is immoral. However this is just an opinion with absolutely no basis on any provided information.

With the way our current climate is, and how I feel that OPM is looking to fire anyone and everyone. I don't understand why I am hearing so many people going to their territory managers and constantly complaining to them about the fairness of everything going on. I would be careful about how much anyone is sticking their head up right now. I can easily see upper management and opm keeping a detailed list of every employee who is an eyesore and using that list to terminate. Is it legal? No. Would you win a court case if and when one could be held? Yes. However, can you survive without your current job until that happens, which could be years from now? That's the big question. I know I wouldn't be able to as the private sector is not hiring as much as everyone thinks it is. The job market sucks, you will be lucky to get an entry level position and even if you do the pay will be most likely half of what you currently make. The ones that might make it out ahead by going to private sector are the Revenue agents for lb&I TE/GE and international as well as council or advisory. The rest of us are most likely fucked.
