Making a charity rack card

I am working on a new project. I was able to find a great tool on here that was someone's side project to make a QR code for apple and android separately. It seems to complicate my design. I am NOT a code girl....just trying to learn some new skills. I want to make a single QR code, that works for both apple and android that takes the user to a specific app in their respective play store. I know there is such a thing, I am looking for a tool to help me create this code.

SUCCESS WITH A REFUND

Here are the steps I took.

unfortunately I had to start with the customer service chat. I listened to them repeat a script 3 times.

"You did nothing wrong"

"We will expedite this to the correct department to be reviewed"

during the last chat I specifically asked, "so, this is not my fault, correct?" Again they stated "you did nothing wrong. I will expedite your refund. I asked them to email me something to reflect our conversation. In total. They sent two emails confirming my refund had been expedited. I screen shot every chat and took every email and sent them along with this form. The notice of dispute. I printed everything off and mailed a certified copy to the legal department (the address on the form).

Definitely was polite throughout the entire process...and SUCCESS.
