We’ve had 5 tub spout failures in 1.5 years following a remodel. Finally, a plumber new to the company tells us it’s a water pressure issue and we need to get a PRV installed at our own expense. We never had a water pressure issue prior to that. Two questions:

1. We previously had a pull-down spout, and the models they sold is and have been giving us as replacements are not pull-downs. Could a pull-down spout solve the issue? If so, it seems a whole lot less expensive than the PRV installation.

2. Is it reasonable for the company to have failed to diagnose the issue for 1.5 years? I don’t really trust them at this point but am upset that their bid didn’t include any kind of heads up that this could be an issue down the line.

My kid and I visited Whitman last week and loved the school. My kid has some reservations about Walla Walla, coming from a larger city (Portland). Admittedly, it was a during the summer, so there wasn’t much student activity.

For those coming from bigger cities, what do you think of living in Walla Walla? The wider area is beautiful, and my kid is into the outdoors so maybe that also helps.

I booked flights on Delta from the U.S. to Europe and back. Apparently, because I have a Flying Blue account, I was automatically credited with Flying Blue miles despite specifically giving my SkyMiles number and requesting I get that credit.

Delta is now saying I need KLM to reverse the mileage credit before they will credit me. Can anyone recommend an efficient way of getting KLM to cancel the mileage so I can show Delta?
