Ministry of defense: The Army is republican and committed to complete neutrality ( READ CAPTION FOR CONTEXT)

SOURCE EXPRESS FM

following the serious rumors yesterday from carthage palace about a meeting of army head and chiefs of national guards with Kais saied who is planning to dissolve the parliament and the government ( probably a new 25th July) the head army refused and told kais saied to not take such a decision without consulting the army

,i've posted that yesterday but the mods deleted it and didnt learn to separate from official mainstream news and leaks, since we're a small population these leaks with such importance will spread so fast not matter how sensitive the information is

today, the minister of defense partially confirm the rumors by assuring that the army is committed to complete neutrality which mean the army will not be included in Kais Saied plans of using the army against the people in any future plans

kais saied wrote in his last post :

and yesterday a text spotted on facebook from the opposition:

قرر قيس سعيد عشية يوم الأربعاء الأجتماع مع قيادات من الجيش و الحرس الوطني في مجلس مضيق للأعلان عن حل الحكومة و البرلمان و الأنتقال لمرحلة إنتقالية،غير أن جنرال جيش البر محمد الغول رفض،وقد أمر الأخير ب الأكتفاء ب نشطات عادية و عدم إتخاذ أي قرارات جديدة دون الرجوع إلى الجيش

يتبع…

Serious stuff From Carthage Palace this evening ,read the caption

spotted on facebook

since kais saied said this in his last post on facebook "لقد تمّ التّنبيه تلو التّنبيه والتّحذير تلو التّحذير ولكن بلغ السّيل الزّبى ولا يمكن مواصلة حرب التّحرير الوطني إلا بمن يؤمن بحقّ الشّعب التّونسي في التحرّر الكامل من رواسب الماضي البغيض، أمّا من يريد التّنكيل بالشّعب التّونسي تحت عباءات مختلفة واعتقد أنّه فوق القانون فقد جنى على نفسه ولم يجن عليه أحد"

this evening Kais Saied wanted to dissolve the government and the parliament, but Head Army general Ghoul refused and told Kais Saied to never take such a decision without consulting the army

basically its a new 25/7/2021 but seems like a new player is showing off,now there's fews theories about this

  • either The army is waking up
  • or Kais saied is just a puppet of the army who orchestrated all of this shit

so its seems like italy has found her new man in tunisia "kamel ghribi" you can read the summary of the translated article, and if you want the link of the article click here:

  • Tunisia faces a €700 million debt repayment to Europe due in July, creating serious budget pressure.
  • The economy is fragile: inflation, currency devaluation, and loss of purchasing power limit the state’s ability to respond.
  • Rising oil prices worsen the situation; in a major shock, Tunisia is seen as highly vulnerable compared to other North African countries.
  • Europe is concerned but still engaged, especially on migration control and military cooperation.
  • At the same time, there’s a contradiction: the EU is financially backing projects executed by Chinese companies in Tunisia.
  • President Kais Saied is described as increasingly authoritarian, with arrests of opposition figures and restrictions on civil society.
  • Political space inside Tunisia is very limited, making internal leadership change unlikely.
  • Because of that, attention is shifting to potential successors abroad.
  • One frequently mentioned name is Kamel Ghribi, a businessman with strong international ties.
  • Ghribi is seen by some as a technocratic option, focused on attracting investment rather than traditional politics.
  • However, he is largely unknown inside Tunisia, which could be either a weakness or an advantage.
  • Overall: Tunisia is entering a high-risk phase (economic + political), and discussions about a post-Saied scenario are already happening internationally.

in nutshell, tunisia could easily detect illegal immigrants and terrorists or smugglers through the borders, the package is used by Jordan and Morocco borders control which mean this is a modern and credible system

to read the full article click here

The US has approved a $95-million package to upgrade Tunisia’s border security systems with surveillance, detection, and response equipment.

The foreign military sale to Tunisia includes Border Reaction Unit vehicles, surveillance radars, thermal and perimeter cameras, relay towers, and microwave links to enhance detection in remote border areas.

It also provides command and control systems, operations center equipment, and software to build a shared operational picture across sites. Supporting infrastructure includes communications gear, environmental sensors, generators, and solar power units.

Training, installation, integration, spare parts, and long-term sustainment support are included to ensure Tunisia can operate and maintain these systems independently.

The work will be carried out by L3Harris and Toyota.
