How to wire a four way switch plus a push and pull

Anyone ever put a Secret Agent Esquire pickup
In the middle position, underneath the pickguard, on a guitar that allowed it??
I have a Player Plus telecaster that's routed for the Nashville configuration beneath the pickguard. I kind of want to put the Esquire pickup, that's designed to install beneath the pickguard, but in this instance id place it in the middle position with a five way.
It sounds dope in my head, but Im pretty unfamiliar with that pickup, let alone that application for it.
Thoughts?

My brother built this. Hand carved the body for stomach and forearm relief. It's super comfy.
Bootstrap extra crispy pickups. Sounds great.
